1. Eligibility: Sweepstakes begins at 12:01:00 A.M. Eastern Time ("ET") on July 24, 2008 and ends at 11:59:00 P.M. ("ET") on November 1, 2008. Open to legal residents of the 50 United States including the District of Columbia and Canada (void in the Province of Quebec), who are 18 years of age or older. Persons who are employees of The Sailing Company, Bonnier Corporation, Hunter Marine and Offshore Sailing School, their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries and their advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective employees, representatives, agents and the immediate families (spouse, children, parents and siblings) and/or those living in the same household of such persons at any time before or during this Sweepstakes are not eligible to enter.

2. How to enter: Enter Online by visiting http://www.floridayacht.com/yachts/hunter/sweepstakes.php and follow entry instructions for completing online entry between 12:01 A.M. (ET) on 07/24/08 and 11:59 P.M.(ET) on 11/01/08. Limit: One entry per person regardless of method of entry. No photocopied or mechanically reproduced entries are eligible. Mass entries or entries generated by script, macro or use of automatic devices will be disqualified. Entries become property of Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged. Incomplete entries are void. Online entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. The authorized account holder is deemed as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses or the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

3. PRIZE / ODDS AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE ("ARV'): The prize is a certificate for a 2 person package to an Offshore Sailing School Fast Track to Cruising® course in St. Petersburg, FL or Fort Myers Beach, FL, consisting of a three (3) day Learn to Sail course aboard a Colgate 26 sailboat plus a five (5) day learn to Live Aboard Cruising course aboard a 38' to 49' Hunter sailboat. (8 consecutive days) Included, as part of the prize, is roundtrip (coach) air transportation from a commercial airport nearest winner's home, four nights accommodations ashore, your cabin and most meals while aboard the Hunter sailboat. (ARV $8,500) Actual value of trip based on location of winner and fares at time of departure. The winner, to effectuate the charter certificate, shall comply with its terms and conditions and those of Offshore Sailing School and shall make reservations with Offshore Sailing School in accordance with the terms and conditions of the certificate which is anticipated, but not promised, to require a minimum of 90 days advance reservations so as to select a course date during Offshore Sailing School mid-season. Certain blackout dates may apply. The certificate shall entitle two people to the Offshore Sailing School Fast Track to Cruising® course given aboard a Colgate 26 sailboat then a Hunter sailboat from Offshore Sailing School of not less than 38 feet or more than 49 feet, subject to its availability and Offshore Sailing School terms and conditions. All costs, except for the airfare, Fast Track to Cruising® course tuition, including the Learn to Sail course, 4 days of accommodations ashore, five (5) day learn to Live Aboard Cruising course aboard a 38' to 49' Hunter sailboat, shall be at the winner's expense, including but not limited to, provisions, insurance, gratuities, travel other than airfare and applicable taxes, which cost are not a part of this offer and shall not be a part of the certificate. Subject to the described terms and conditions, the certificate shall be valid for a period of six months after the date of the award. Flight shall travel to and from Tampa, FL or Fort Myers, FL and may involve whatever routes, layovers, destinations and/or stopovers as may be established by the airline, Hunter Marine and/or Offshore Sailing School to reasonably reach Tampa, FL or Ft. Myers, FL. The selection of the airline, its origination, destination and the date and time of the flight shall be ultimately subject to Offshore Sailing School and/or Hunter Marine's discretion. The winner, to effectuate the airline tickets, shall comply with the tickets' terms and conditions and those of the airline. Restrictions on dates, times and other aspects of the flight reservation may apply. All costs, except for the two airline tickets, shall be at the winners expense, including but not limited to travel to and from the airport, travel to and from Offshore Sailing School's facility in St. Petersburg, FL or Ft. Myers, FL, gratuities, and meals. Please note that the airline ticket portion of the award only accompanies the Fast Track to Cruising® course award and is not part of any other offer. Winner and travel companion are responsible for valid passports for international travel. The prize will be awarded. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.

4. Winner Selection. A random drawing will be held on or about 11/07/08 from among all entries received. All decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Drawing will be conducted by Ventura Associates, Inc., the official judging organization ("Administrator"). To be declared the winner, the winning entry must contain the correct answers, which corresponds to the three questions spelled out in the online contest entry form. The first entry selected at random with the correct answers will be deemed the winner.

5. Promotion. The winner agrees to and allows Hunter, Cruising World Magazine and Offshore Sailing School to promote and publicize the winner and his/her written winning entry in relation to this sweepstakes and will agree to having his/her photograph taken and subsequently used, printed or reproduced in any media editorial, promotional and advertising materials. 6. General Rules. Each entrant must comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all such terms and conditions. Potential Winner will be notified by phone and/or mail or e-mail and required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility & Release of Liability/Publicity Release (except where prohibited by law) within 10 days of date printed on notification or he/she will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected in a random drawing. Travel companion will be required to sign a release of liability. Prize will be awarded within 60 days of winner verification. Sponsor reserves right to substitute prize for one of equal or greater value in the event the prize is unavailable. Prize cannot be sold or transferred and is not redeemable for cash. Winner is responsible for all taxes on prize. Acceptance of prize constitutes agreement by winner (i) to release Sponsor, Offshore Sailing School, and Cruising World and Bonnier Corporation and their agents and judging organization from all liability with respect to the prize, (ii) to be bound by these Official Rules and (iii) permission (except where prohibited by law) to use winner's name, likeness, hometown, prize won and/or comments about winning for promotional & publicity purposes in any media without further compensation.

7. Sponsor is not responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation of transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software or failure of e-mail on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or any web-site or combination thereof, including injury or damage to participants or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading any materials in the sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for misdirected or for lost, late or postage-mail. CAUTION: Any attempt to deliberately damage any service or Web site or to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal & civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify such entrant & seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent of the law. In the event the Sweepstakes is, in the opinion of sponsor, compromised by non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor which corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the sweepstakes as of the point of impairment.

Canadian residents, to win, must first correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited mathematical skill testing question administered by mail.

9. Dispute Resolution: Except where prohibited by law, by entering you agree that: (i) all issues and questions concerning the interpretation, validity, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of participants and Sponsor and its agents shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its rules on conflicts of law; (ii) any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes, or awarding of the prizes, shall be filed only in the state or federal courts located in the State of New York, and entrant hereby consents and submits to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such action; (iii) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or awarding of the prizes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (iv) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with participating in this Sweepstakes but in no event attorneys' fees; and (iv) you hereby waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
